Your rights
You have the following rights over the data Geturbrick processes about you, whether you sell as a private seller, a sole trader or for a company.
- Access: get a copy of the data we hold.
- Correction: correct inaccurate data (most of it can be changed in your dashboard, under Account).
- Export: receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including visitor statistics (link in the footer).
- Restriction: ask us to stop using a piece of data while we check your objection.
- Deletion: ask for your account to be deleted.
- Withdrawing consent: withdraw at any time a consent you gave us, for example for the waiting list.
- Instructions after your death: tell us what you want us to do with your data after your death.
- Human review: ask a person to review a decision taken automatically (acceptance of an offer, seller level) and give your point of view.
Write to rgpd@geturbrick.com from the email address of your account. We reply within one month.
The details of our processing (data, purposes, periods, recipients) are in our privacy policy.
What we keep after a deletion
Accounting documents (invoices, purchase vouchers, statements, debit notes) are kept for 10 years, sign-in logs for 12 months, and the data we need for our tax obligations (including the DAC7 report where it applies) for the period set by law. If you sell as a private seller, the photo of your identity document is deleted 7 days after the decision; its type, number and date stay in the register of goods bought from private sellers for the period set by law. Account and contract data are kept for 5 years after the relationship ends. Everything else is deleted within 30 days.
You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), if you think your rights are not respected.
